The 29-year-old Flaherty was a Trade Deadline pickup by the Dodgers who was born in Burbank and attended high school at Harvard Westlake in Los Angeles.
Kiké Hernández will be also in the lineup, presumably at second base in place of the lefty-batting Gavin Lux, with Tommy Edman kicking back out to center field.
